The TV show Landinn visited the Geopark

The Víkurfjara beach project continued in February, when students from the 9th and 10th grade measured the five profiles on the beach. This was the 13th measurement of the beach, and the project has now been going on for three years.

The weather during the measurements was very nice and the TV program Landinn came for a visit to photograph the students while they were measuring and to interview them about the project. The interviews were then aired on the RÚV TV station in March, and you can watch it here.
